polished mirror finish aluminum sheet
polished mirror finish aluminum sheet
Henan Signi Aluminum is specialized in the production of polished mirror finish aluminum sheet. The surface polishing process of aluminum sheet includes three types of mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing and chemical polishing.
After the polished mirror finish aluminum sheet is sandblasted, it usually needs to be chemically polished, electrolytic polished or mechanically polished to make the surface of the mirror-finished aluminum sheet brighter. So what are the principles of these three methods?
1. Chemical polishing formula The electrochemical potentials of the various constituent phases on the surface of the metal sample are different, forming many micro potentials, which will cause uneven dissolution in the chemical solution. During the dissolution process, an oxide film will be produced on the surface of the sample. The protruding part of the sample surface is thin due to the thin mucosa, and the dissolution and expansion speed of the metal is slow. The polished surface is smooth, but there are small undulating waves, which cannot reach Ideal requirement. When observing with a microscope at low and medium magnifications, such small fluctuations are generally within the vertical discrimination ability of the objective lens, and very clear tissue can still be observed.
2. Electrolytic polishing uses a DC power supply, the voltage is about 25-30V, the polished workpiece is placed on the anode, and the workpiece must have good electrical conductivity with the hanger. The design of the polishing tank is more complicated than the general polishing.
3. Mirror surface aluminum mechanical polishing: Imported mirror surface aluminum mechanical polishing is a polishing method that relies on cutting and plastic deformation of the material surface to remove the polished convexities to obtain a smooth surface. Generally, oil stone strips, wool wheels, sandpaper, etc. are used, and manual operations are used.
For main and special parts such as the surface of the rotating body, auxiliary tools such as turntable can be used, and the method of ultra-precision polishing can be used for high surface quality requirements. Ultra-precision polishing is the use of special abrasive tools, which are pressed against the processed surface of the workpiece in a polishing fluid containing abrasives for high-speed rotation. The surface roughness of Ra0.008μm can be achieved by using this technology, which is the highest among various polishing methods. Optical lens molds often use this method.
The polished mirror finish aluminum sheet solves the problem of easy sticking and greasy dirt on the surface of kitchen items and aluminum tableware. After polishing, the surface of aluminum products is not only more beautiful, but also non-sticky is greatly improved, and the surface of the items is smoother and even smoother. The surface can be dispersed to reduce the adsorption of corrosive media and improve the corrosion resistance of items. Therefore, it has more applications in the finishing industry, such as lighting, home appliances, kitchenware, electronic appliances, and mobile phone shells.
